Arkaex! [temporary cotm.] With wings like a dragon, and stitches to close in his guts, Arkaex is probably close to the scariest creature you'll meet, appearance wise. He has no eyes, his mouth is stitched shut with the needle hanging limply from the threads, and he leaves behind red pawprints...that resemble blood. If you ever meet him, you'll know the sight. Arkaex gets the spotlight due to his uniqueness.

Hello there literate roleplayers. Are you tired of bland Light vs. Dark plots, equine RPGs that all seem the same, and plots that don't affect your character?
Well we've got a surprise for you. At The Secret it's not just about good and evil. In fact, good and evil don't have a lot to do with things. No matter whose side you're on, you can be as nice or as cruel as you see fit. But if you live in the north you'd better be tough if you want to stay alive. Here's a summary of what kinds of characters you can make:
Southern equines: The Resistance. You like freedom and would rather be left to your own devices. Conquering is not really your thing, you just want to be left alone to start a herd. Weakland equines: The Captives. You keep your head down and hope you don't get beaten up too often. You dream of escaping to the south, but know you'll be killed for trying. Mostly mares live here, though there is a small number of stallions. They usually get beaten down the most so they can't rebel. Northern equines: Tartarus's Legions. You work for the mastermind, Tartarus, the one who blew the news about the object of power out into the open. You answer to his captain Atlas, and you spend your time fighting, bullying mares in the Weaklands, and training colts for the army. If you have any spare time you can gather a small herd. Haven of Hesperides: The Secret Keepers. You know not hate nor greed, and you live within the walls of the Haven. You may leave to explore, but other equines seem so different to you. You live in peace and philosophy, seeking knowledge and enlightenment. But you know what is brewing, and the battle will come to your doorstep even though they cannot break down the door.

What's going on... ?
There was peace once, though by now it is but a distant memory in the minds of those old enough to remember. There was order and cohesion, and nothing to fear. The Keepers of Hesperides stayed within their walled Haven, and none disrupted their peace. There was always a rumor that an object of unspeakable power lay hidden within those great walls, but in time the rumor grew dull with age. But now a young stallion, maddened with greed, is gathering all the information he can about this mysterious object of celestial power. Flanked by the powerful drafts of the northern lands, he is murdering and taking prisoners left and right. There is only a handful of southern herds that stand against him, led by the mysterious Theseus. If they are vanquished, the Keepers will be on their own. Chaos and uncertainty abound. How much longer can the forces of reason hold off this madman?

On an island off the Coast of Utopia, wolves are growing in number. Packs are being formed. Puppies are being born. Two packs, in particular, have disputes. Killing and raping run this island and crime rates are high. However, within the last year a new breed is born.
Judges, Protectors and Fighters. The strongest warriors.
Finally, a new realm is added to the island. With dreams to help those in dire need. Will you be one of the creatures who these warrior's put in place?

The packs have been living in fair peace through out the years. Quite nice, the peace has been. The four packs (Lunar Moon Pack, Amazon Lands, Fog Valley, and Twisted Desires) are friendly to each other. Maybe the reason is because they didn't often come near each other. But, this time, this year, this month, who knows, maybe even today, that will all change. Fights are starting to break out outside of packs... and inside of packs. Its getting deadlier and deadlier for parents or soon to be parents to have or raise pups. Wolves are dying, and its all because of some lousy wolves who are lazy, and won't hunt on their territory or such. All the wolves agree, surprisingly, that they should punish the wolves who do so. But, leaders haven't been enforcing it. Actually, they’ve been the ones saying for the wolves to do it!
Will you venture into modern Russia, and join a pack? Or, would you be a loner? Live the life as a wolf, or dog, or something along the Canis line. Hunt, mate, enjoy life, hate life, its all here in Wolves of the Woods. Live or die. Yep, that’s the code.

Founded in 1996, the once small record label is now the largest in Canada and one of the biggest in the world, signing Canadian bands from all over the country. Creatures of myths and dreams roam about the lands of this world they call Leshmir. Each one has a power within them, though they may not yet have discovered it, or may never discover it in their lifetime. It is a diverse and unpredictable 'energy' which they have named "magic". This ability has allowed these many creatures to stray from the path we humans have taken on the time line, for their way of life has not changed for hundreds of years. It could be that many of them live for so long. Or it could be due to the unpredictability of this world, for this realm is ruled by magic. Do you dare enter its realm?

Summer has come to the island, and there's no mistake. Fields are gold, forests are green. Foals have grown large and are now able to feed themselves. The sun shines bright in the sky. Brighter. And brighter. And brighter. Soon, the lack of rain begins to show. The rivers leave first, their happy gurgles becoming rare. Mountains no longer hide behind clouds and clumps of snow, and their dry crags are now revealed to parched valleys below. The warm ocean waves are no longer relieving; instead, the waves add unwelcome humidity to the little ocean community.
Why has Dei not yet rid the isle of this unbearable heat? No one can find her to reveal the answer. The goddess of the morn has disappeared, and her homeland is dying in her absence.

Plotline How it Started Baylee attended Hogwarts during the battle of the death eaters. His father thought he would be safer there has the dark lord already targeted his family. His wife was tortured and daughter was killed. During that time Brian and Baylee flee to England and hidden in the shadows has horses. When the letter arrived from Hogwarts Brian knew Baylee was safe from the dark lord. While Baylee attended the school Brian was a teacher in Hogwarts. Right from the start Baylee made friends with Harry and secretly join him in the battle and trained with him. Baylee had no idea about the destiny he was about too served.
The Battle have been won One day the attack happen, Baylee was no longer safe at Hogwarts. His father tired to get him out, but soon the death eaters caught up with them. While Baylee was being hunted down like a dog, his father was in the mercy of the dark lord. Failure too gives information about his son he was killed that night. Baylee would have been killed has well, but in the nick of time Harry saved him and took him back to the castle. Baylee was ready to give up, but with Harry's guidance he saw the light again and knew he would honour his father. Soon the pair was practising the spells together and Baylee was being learnt advanced magic for his year. They were ready for battle and Baylee was scared.
One stormy day the fight was on against the Dumbledore Army and of course the death eaters. Baylee struggled too keep alive but he remember his father and Harry's words. This gave him strength and he managed too avoid being killed off. Soon it was against Volemort and Harry. Knowing it was his battle, he watched has both wizards were down on the floor. Baylee ran too Harry and was pleased that he was still alive. Knowing they beaten Volermort together. Well they thought when Volemort spirit invaded into Draco, and before they were able to do anything about. Draco simple vanished into thin air.
End of Hogwarts After the battle everyone went back to Hogwarts, while what's left of it. Owls from all over the world were coming in demanding they children too come home, hearing what the death eaters did. Baylee didn't have any letters knowing that there was no-one left in his family. The minstery began to investigate and took everyone statements. Unfoundedly he decided to close Hogwarts for good and everyone had too leaved immediately, including the teachers. Harry and April fell in love and lived together outside Scotland for a few years. Baylee was able to stay with Hagrid has his father left him has legal guardian if anything happen too him. Baylee watched has the wonderful school began to turn into ruins, he knew when he is older he would find a school and make sure it was available for young student all over the world.
New School and Beginning After the fall of Hogwarts which Baylee enjoyed staying and learning made him sad. He made a sad goodbye too Harry though keep regularly connect with him. During his travel looking for others like himself. His travels took him to Wales, just out Swansea. A castle which was like Hogwarts but better. He tidied it up and soon posted news in the papers for wizards everywhere. Baylee also invented a new sport Pegasus ball. The students came in huge number and Baylee also noticed Harry's children were also attending. He vowed that no death eaters would get inside the school. He didn't want the future of unicorn castle to fall like Hogwarts did.
But how long would death eaters be kept away from the castle? Only time would tell.
